Sandra Featherston is more than a stylist—she’s a movement-maker, a mentor, and a fierce believer in the power of showing up fully. With over 30 years in the fashion and beauty industries, she has dedicated her life to helping women feel seen, confident, and connected.

Her journey began behind the beauty counter as a makeup artist and trainer, where she first fell in love with transformation—helping women not just look good, but feel powerful. She went on to hold executive leadership roles with The Limited Group and Express, eventually launching her own boutique, Frocks & Rocks, in 2006. For nearly two decades, Frocks & Rocks was a community hub where style met sisterhood.

Now, through The Style Collective, Sandra expands that vision beyond the boutique—offering personal styling, wardrobe consulting, and brand strategy for boutique owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. But her work is about more than clothes. It's about connection. About confidence. And about creating a space where women can rise together.

After losing her husband to suicide, Sandra’s personal path deepened. Navigating life as a single mom, she found healing in purpose. Styling became her therapy—and her ministry. She now helps women through life’s biggest transitions: from weddings to loss, reinvention to rediscovery.

Sandra’s mission is rooted in authenticity. She teaches that when we dress in a way that reflects our truth, we step into alignment. Style isn’t vanity—it’s vibrancy. It’s how we express who we are and how we move through the world with intention.
